The Eyre Peninsula Landscape Board are continuing efforts to control Aleppo pine in the EP.
Mature Aleppo pines near Elliston were cut down eight years ago to prevent them dominating the area.
Elliston’s landscape officer recently found new pines growing in their place – but they’re easy to remove while still small.

The board are reminding landowners they have a responsibility to remove the pine if it’s growing on their property.
