A man has arrested for firearms offences in Port Lincoln over the weekend.
The man’s car was stopped for a random driver test at around 3:30am on Saturday morning.
Police searched the vehicle and allegedly located a loaded homemade firearm.

The driver, a 35-year-old local man, was arrested and charged with possessing a firearm without a licence, possessing an unregistered firearm and possessing ammunition without a licence.
He was refused police bail and appeared in Port Lincoln Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
