Harvest has officially begun for the state’s western region…
Viterra reporting they received the first delivery for the 2024/25 harvest late last week, with a load of barley delivered to Thevenard.
A lentil delivery from Penong was also made on Friday, marking the first of its kind in Thevenard where a segregation was added this year to support growers who planted more lentils.

126 tonnes have been delivered so far this season.
Harvest is yet to kick off in the Central and Eastern regions.
