Seven kids aged 10 to 17 were arrested in Whyalla last week after allegedly stealing cars.
Police spotted two stolen vehicles from Port Augusta and Whyalla driving along Brealey Street around 2am on Wednesday.
Shortly afterwards, one of the cars crashed into a tree at low speed and three youths were arrested at the scene.
The remaining children were apprehended when the second stolen car was found parked in Whyalla Norrie and the occupants were seen getting into a taxi.
Both stolen vehicles were recovered with minor damage and no injuries were sustained.
The arrested youths were all charged with illegal use and other offences.
The youths were from Port Augusta, Hilton, Coober Pedy, Whyalla Stuart and Far North.
