Three men died on Eyre Highway last week, 4 April, in a fatal crash involving two trucks.
Emergency services were called to the scene, approximately 27 km’s west of Yalata, after reports two trucks had collided.
Casualties include a 77-year-old Smithfield man driving a road train, and a 25-year-old New South Wales man and 45-year-old Victorian man in the second truck.

Their deaths mark the 24th, 25th and 26th lives lost on South Australian roads this year.
