A new program from Flinders University could bring out-of-practice midwives back to the workforce quicker.
The RESET-M program is designed to reduce training and re-entry times, which could play a significant role in tackling the midwifery shortage across regional SA.
Lead investigator Dr Megan Cooper says the early success is encouraging as the program helps returning midwives regain confidence in clinical settings.
